Hotpoint WMA76 Washer drum will not rotate

My washer has stop spinning; the drum does not rotate during a wash cycle, it fills up does nothing then pumps the water out normally. The drum spins freely by hand so i know that it is mechanically free (I replaced the bearing about 2 months ago). I have checked the motor brushes and they are ok.

Does anybody have any suggestions - thanks in advance.

broken wire from moter to pcb .poss been rubbing on front weight as you have replaced bearing this is quite common 8)
