hotwater problems

hi there all of a sudden i have to turn the hot water on faster to get hot water (for the boiler to start) which is a problem in the bathroom as the water splashes all over the sink.
but when i turn the cold water on the hot water will stop (boiler will stop)
i have a worcester 28CDI
CAN YOU HELP!

or possibly limed up
