I have an old lean to type building attached to the side wall of the house, where some cabling was burried into the outside brick wall of the house i have about 35-40 damaged bricks- how easy is it to rebuild by replacing the bricks and is it a costly job. I assume matching the bricks and Mortar will be no fun.

this is a relatively easy job done by a skilled bricklayer, but if it is done by someone else can look terrible.
if i were you i would look in the yellow pages and get a couple of quotes from proper bricklayers to do the job, it might mean £2-300 but at least it will look allright

Have you considerd rendering, oldest trick in the book and can look quite good in the right type of application and paint it whatever colour you want but dont paint it pink as you may get a complaint
