How’s Rachael from accounts getting on…..

glad I could educate you.. again.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

You are so sad.

I would imagine that everyone on this board knows that most of the price of a litre of petrol is duty or tax. You seem to think that you are the only one with this sub-GCSE level information. Still nobody knows what point you are trying to make. On the other hand, everyone knows that if a litre of petrol goes up by 30 pence plus, it is down to your hero Trump's wars of choice.

So nothing to do with petrol retailers. Starmer and Reeves, just making noise... We got there.

Its only you who seems to care.

but to humour you a bit.

Look at the historic price and see where it should be if there was excessive profiteering. Look also at how much is tax and see who is best placed to pull a lever to drive down prices.

The government are obviously trying to prepare voters for a rise in petrol prices and to properly apportion the blame onto Donald Trump. Why that made you call Rachel Reeves a dumb f*k is what confused me. Your response was so irrational and over the top. Have you become a socialist who believes in price controls. Or are you still a Labour hating misogynist.

It is a joke when things like this happen and the fuel already in the petrol stations tank is already there before the rise and yet they bang the price up.
Here's an idea why dont they advertises it as "when its gone its gone" "buy now before thse tanks run out and the price gos up". They would have cues around the corner.

Not really. Nor is it funny that Trump started a pointless war that no other countries are interested in and is forcing up the prices of evertything and creating global uncertainty. It's about as jokey as cancer.

FFS - give it a rest. I knew there would be some argumentative **** who would pick up on the "joke" part.

Talking of jokes the orange rapist said about Kharg Island, "we may hit it a few more times just for fun"...

I wonder what that will do to the price of petrol :rolleyes:

"US oil companies stand to receive a windfall of more than $60bn this year if crude prices maintain the levels they have hit since the start of the Iran war.

Modelling by investment bank Jefferies estimates American producers will generate an extra $5bn cash flow this month alone following a roughly 47 per cent rise in oil prices since the conflict began on February 28.

If US oil prices remain elevated and average $100 a barrel this year, the companies will receive a $63.4bn boost from oil production, according to energy research company Rystad.

As Brent crude prices surged past $100 on Thursday, President Donald Trump boasted in a social media post: “The United States is the largest Oil Producer in the World, by far, so when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money.”
