How approach composite door problems

Hello,

Just got a composite door and not happy the way it is and would like advice on how I should approach this. The door rubs on the frame so it get that sound and springy feeling. I could feel some air coming in around the bottom right opening side. Not much but worse than the previous door. I hope these can be adjusted.

Main issues.... 1 of the tiles across the door frame are cracked and all 3 are now hollow with cracks in the grout. 1 tile back has a little scrape. The skirting has been filled with silicone and not caulk for painting. There are several missing chucks around the frame that has silicone applied before filling.

Get the installer back, tell them your not happy and what you'd like to be done to put it right to your satisfaction

I'd be surprised though if they got the tiles to match.
