How can I safely remove lights embedded in a raised bed?

I have three raised beds, made of breeze blocks I think, all of which have lights embedded into them.

I want to get rid of one of these beds.

The power comes from some boxes on the wall and the cable runs from the house underneath the paving to each bed. Sorry, that's the best description I can come up with!

The lights haven't worked for several years, I don't know why.

I've attached three photos:

1. The boxes on the wall
2. The box at the back of the bed which the cable runs into before going into the bed.
3. The bed itself.

Is there a safe way for me to take the bed out and leave the cables safe?

Thanks in advance

Photos are here.

p.s. I can't attach pics directyl to the post as it keeps saying the files dont have an allowed extension buy they clearly do?

No attached photos.

If you disconnect the exterior cables in the boxes the lights will no longer be live.

Use appropriate testers though.

If you want to remove the boxes, you will need to trace the supply back towards the consumer unit.

BTW, I am not an electrician.

Thanks for replying.

The photos are linked underneath the "Thanks in advance" line as it wouldn't let me upload them.
