Just wondering if there's a set distance away from the boiler to stop the foam pipe lagging?

nope take it right upto valves lag your white pipe as well

Cheers, it's been like this for 13 years, but I have lagged up to the clips below the valves, but i'll add on the extra lagging tomorrow.

The condensate pipe is now also lagged, going to lag the condensate discharge hose as well.

Boiler is in the garage.

you mean the relief valve pipework?
No point doing that either. (It wont freeze as it's open ended).
But some boiler installations can have a bypass. Leave it uninsulated to let it radiate heat.

Dunno if you have one mind...
