How do I adjust my outside sensor lantern?

I put a new bulb in my outside light, and now it won't go out at all. There are three screw adjustments with pictures, but I don't know what they do.
I have tried adjusting all three, but cannot get anything to work. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes those PIR sensored lights have a overide by turning them of then on within a certain amount of time. Try leaving them off for a few minuits and then back on and wait to see what happens.
