There is a bit of draft coming through the window and the handle closes too easily, making me think the closing pressure needs tightening. The pvc window itself is lined up to the 4 corners of frame.
It has a new gasket. Plus I added a temporary stick on seal.
Picture 1: There is only 1 cam that fits an Allen key. This is at the bottom of window (underneath) and doesn't make any noticeable difference. It is also possible to keep turning it both directions (broken?).
Picture 2: this type of cam is at multiple points on all sides. Not sure if it is adjustable?
Picture 3: this is at one end of each side. Again, not sure if it is adjustable.
