How do I connect a ceiling lamp and switch

Set your multimeter to continuity

Turn the power OFF

Seperate the 3 red and blacks and test the sets one by one, the one that beeps when the switch is operated is the switch cable.
 
If you dont have a multimeter I have a way to sort this without one but it takes a fair bit of explaining so let me know if you need that explanation
