This is for a project I plan to do on my week off. I'm building two frames out of 2x1 (to support some shelves) and wish to radius the corners.

I reckon for the outer corners I could get away with a jigsaw and palm sander. I do have a trim router now. For the inner corners, I feel like I need either wider stock and cut down, or maybe glue some extra pieces. I plan to round over the edges too.

How would you approach this?

Glue the outlet corner off cuts onto the inside then sand them nice?

I think that depends on my skill with a jigsaw. I’m now contemplating wider rails and cutting them into narrower rails with curved ends.
