How do i replace a cooker thermocouple ?

hiya

i have a perfectly good , not so old , indesit K642R gas cooker BUT when i turn the grill on the falme will go out after 10 seconds.

I have been advised that it is probably the thermocouple which maintains the temp and gas flow .

I can not find anywhere information on how to replace it although i know it can be .

Anyone like a challenge ?
