We have recently had a new kitchen fitted and found that under a thin layer of concrete there are victorian red quarry floor tiles. WHat is the best way to
A) remove the rest of the concrete
B) clean and restore the tiles as it look like they have been painted a shiny red at some point which is wearing off.
C) do they need to be sealed?
