How do i set this timer (pic)

It appears to be an older model ACL/Drayton Lifestyle, rebadged with some other name on it. the parent company is Invensys Controls so it is not easy to find on the 'net
The little arrow on the display shows that it is set to "On" (24 hours)

and download LP Family User Instructions. Yours is not the latest model but the instrs s/be OK. Yours is Dual Channel.
You will have to turn the Child Lock on the Set button.
If not, email them and say you have a Drayton lifestyle Programmer and they will probably send you a soft copy. Yours looks like an LP722. They are very helpful usually.

worcester highflow timer the instruction are available from Worcester Bosch just contact them and they will send you a copy of the relevant manual.
