Get a tool that allows you to rake out the crack into a V shape and use filler.
Don't use too much, as sanding creates loads of dust

the top crack runs up past the screwhole.
the bottom left crack doesnt have screwhole.
theres some surface disturbence lower down the c/breast face.
could be nothin but it might be connected to a dirty possibly damp flue?
is the plaster well stuck on? does it feel a little blown?

Give the wall/plaster a tap, all up and down the wall, where the crack is, to hear if it sounds "hollow".

Thanks everyone, yeah there has been damp because of the chimney letting in water, it's been flashed and capped so should dry out

I don't think it's blown, sounds slightly hollower when knocked but not largely different

Rake it out?

Rake, chisel out the crack and fill with easi- fill as it can be sanded back.
