Hi.
Seems like a silly question but we are baffled. We have piped ufh in the bathroom. whenever we turn the ch on the bathroom floor also gets warm. the only thing we could adjust it with is a dial thermostat, but it doesnt seem to work. we have it on the lowest setting of 5 degrees but the ufh still always comes on regardless of the bathroom room temp (its definately not hitting 5 degrees). even tho the rads in the bathroom and bedrooms are off and we only have the downstairs rads on at the mo, still the bathroom ufh comes on!
whats the problem? is the thermostat broken? it makes that clicking sound when we adjust the temp on it. it clicks around 20 degrees. any ideas how else we might turn the ufh off as we dont want it on. there no obvious valve anywhere, it seems the thermostat is our only option. where would such a valve be located, if at all?
thanks
