Hi, had a job this afternoon repairing a f75 fault on a vaillant 630, i found a lot of crud in the hose before the filter, managed to flush alot of it out by slightly opening the valves under the boiler and catching the water with elbows and pipes, so its working now. I also tried to remove the filter by levering it out through hole for the pressure sensor, but no joy, only managed to break a few bits of plastic from the filter. it seems to be imbedded in the housing and it points towards the side of the case so cant get to it directly. Anyone know a trick to getting them out?

Thx!

1. there are drain cocks under this boiler openable with a 7/8mm spanner.

2. if you are a RGI get yourself into the CC and get the advice in there.
