We have just had some walls and ceiling plastered, and they are now ready to paint. However we have also discovered that we need the floor levelling before the flooring can be laid (vinyl, therefore not breathable).
My questions:
1. How long will we have to wait before the vinyl flooring can be laid?
2. How will the levelling affect the painting of the newly-plastered wall? Is it OK to start priming/painting before the levelling is done, or will the moisture coming off the levelling compound affect new paint?
3. Can we continue to paint the walls as soon as the floor is dry enough to walk on (which may be some time before the floor is dry enough to lay vinyl flooring on)?
