How easy to replace double glazing units

I have two blown sealed units. Was thinking of replacing them myself.
Are there special tools required or can someone DIY handy change them?
One of the panels is in a full pane french door though.....

Just had 1 of mine replaced that had blown, I know a fella that installs so he did it.
You have to measutre the thickness as well as L x W.
It took him about 5 mins to replace.
Do you have a local dbl glazing place near you, might be as well to ask them whatthey would charge, bet its not much for cash.
