How long after Danish Oil before applying silicone?

I am installing an Iroko worktop in my kitchen. This morning I applied a 3rd coat of Danish Oil (having applied a coat yesterday, and another the day before) - this is the brand I am using http://www.screwfix.com/p/colron-refined-danish-oil/54151

The next thing I'd like to do is fit the undermount sink, which needs to be sealed with silicone.

How long do I leave the Danish Oil before attaching the sink and sealing it with silicone?

Will the silicone stick?

Get plenty of oil on the work tops especially around the sink give it another three coats and snot it of between coats ,do the silicon when its gone off (next day)

Just take the little bits that get into the finish when drying use fine abrasive like fine wire wool when the oil has dried do your sealent
