How long after inhibitor is put in system?

Just had inhibitor put into central heating system.

How long should I keep the heating running for before switching off?
 
Just set the boiler stat at the lowest it will go before turning off completely, and let it run for a couple of hours.
Make sure ALL the rads get COMPLETELY warm i.e. top, bottom middle and all corners.
