About late afternoon on Monday I had some plaster work done in my kitchen, right now its still that dark colour so assuming its still wet.

i plan on putting tiles up and was just wondering if I whack on a coat of PVA then tile over that will this be OK to do this now or do i need to wait until the dark plaster has gone completely light in colour like fully dried plaster looks...

Any help is much appreciated

What plaster work was done? Was it wet undercoat plaster put on from brick with a skim on top? If so, yes, this could still be dark and needs more drying time.
I wouldn't put pva on, I would let it continue to dry. I wouldn't want to risk my tiles failing to stick properly and loosening later. Most Pva is actually water soluble
