How many bags for 0.3 cu m pillar?

Does anyone know how many bags of cement and sand I'd need to build a pillar structure/block of brickwork, who volume was 0.3 cu m?

The brickwork would be a brick pilllar 24cm x 46cm x 240cm high. Appx 0.3 cu m.

I do know that I'd need 2.4 25Kg bags of mortar mix to lay 1 square meter of bricks.

Thanks.

Do you mean the pillar will be 225mm x 450mm x 32 courses high or 128 bricks?

It would take about 6 x 25 kg's of sand an a couple of bags of dust.

Yes, I think that is about it. I just measured a space I have to fill in, I did not conceive the pilliar in nearest exact brick dimensions, which I think you have done.

So, in order to fill my space, I probably am building a 225mm x 450mm x 32 course high pillar.

So that needs 6 25kg bags of sand and what, about 2 bags cement?
