How many paints, after skiming

I'm trying to get the whole house skimmed, a 3 bed mid terraced house. The price quoted was £2k, is that resonable?

Also after skimming, how many times do I have to paint and what types?

A fraction high for most of the country but you are in London.

Make sure he's a good Brit tradesman - there are more bad than good these days. Look out for migrants using Easi-fill. Ask him about the paint and get back to us with what he tells you. He may prove himself a cowboy by his answer.
