I was hoping someone could give some guidance...
Forgetting labour costs, AND forgetting the cost of a concrete base...
How much would it cost to build a double wall (for insulation) office in the garden using breezeblocks?

I would imagine you need a wooden roof, so I want to include the costs of that as well.

For now, I'm just looking for a rough estimate of £xxx - £yyy.

Thanks.

Just a few details missing before anybody can work out the materials required!

ooops :)
I needs to be 20ft x 10ft.
Height: 2.8m.
Anything else I missed?

Thanks

How about starting here and adding insulation costs?
Hi All,

We moved into our present house few years ago and there is old brick shed in the garden in poor condition. Wife is very keen to replace it a new brick rectangle shape one. 20ft xs 8ft roughly.

I like to know the following.

1. Is it better to use concrete blocks or normal bricks to build the walls.
2. Flat roof or tiled roof, which is better and more expensive.
3. Rough costs involved.

Thanks.
