How much should i expect to pay?

Hi,

I have a 2 bed house that will require a full rewire and cu change.
What sor of price should i be looking at and how long should it take the spark?
Do they normaly include plastering in their quote or am i being daft? (yeah i know but would like to know the norm)

1 cooker point
1 fused spur
ground floor ring - 6 d/sockets
ground floor lights - 3 ceiling roses
- 3 single switches
hall lighting - 2 ceiling roses
- 2 x 2way switches
top floor ring - 3 double sockets
top floor lights - 3 ceiling roses
- 2 single switches
- 1 pull cord light switch
Smoke detector - 2 x Mains supplied

I have two sparks coming round next week.
Would like to know i wont get ripped off.
