I want to wire up 2 lights. At one end of my bedroom there is a 1 gang 2way switch and pvc condit leading to a ceilng rose which is then leading to another ceiling rose which is then leading to the switch at the other end of my bedroom. I know i take a brown from the board to the 1st ceiling rose,theni have my strappers fom switch to switch,so that means in one switch there are 3 browns and in the other there are only 2,where should the other brown come form and go to?

You need to decide which of the alternative methods for wiring 2-way switching you want to use, but with your current plan of only 2 strappers you'll need permanent live to one switch and switched live to the other.
