How much to fit oak internal doors

Are they replacing doors and frames or hanging the doors on existing frames?
I always charged more to use existing frames because they're inevitably crooked.

aye - Oaks a hard wood to work with, using quite a bit on my latest table, it blunts chisels and scrapers 3x faster than anything else, knackers my hands too
