How much to flush water system and clean storage tank?

Hi

Just wondering if there is anyone who could estimate how much it would cost to ask a plumber to drain/flush my storage tank and clean out any debris? I have barely any hot running through the tap and it is also affecting the non mains cold water. This was after my flat roof was done (with the storage tank on there) and some debris flew in as it was being refelted too. Why is it one thing after another!

How long is a piece of string . Not the best of jobs .might be lucky and find blockages in gate valves straight away might have to spend all day messing about
