Hi everyone and happy new year,
Currently got a conservatory which is alright but is freezing in winter. Some of the roof panels are also not in the best of ways.
I'd like to have the conservatory converted in to part of the house as a proper extension. See photo of how it looks at the moment.
I'd like to extend it so there is then two ways of access via the door too. See photo showing how it would be slightly bigger.
This is not a project for now but in the future and just wondered what sort of cost I'd be looking at?
