How much would it cost to re-plaster, all walls in one room 3.6 x 3.4. Walls already stripped back to brick.
 
This is a question that is for the "plastering and rendering" forum. Ask there, you'll get better results.

If the walls are back to brick then many plasterers will recommend dry lining (dot and dab) the walls followed by a finished coat.

A proper plasterer won’t; it’s cheaper & easier for the “skimmers” but in no way is it better.
 
It may be a better job Richard but with energy prices going mad - you've got to consider insulation as the main priority.
 
Will make little or no difference if the boards are dot & dab.
