How much would you quote for this?

Hello. Can I ask for some guidance for a estimate please (approximate is fine). For the attached plan for a roof extension? The tiles are Marley modern. Its a fairly shallow pitch of 29 degrees.
I've phoned 4 different roofers in the last few weeks and not had a reply. But I need to push on and to get an idea would be great.

Im sorry I dont know the answer, but the common answer thats given on here is: you need to go and get 3 quotes if you want to know the price.

I guess many roofers are working hard to get as much done before the weather turns. Bet more will reply in Autumn.

Yes they must have their reasons. Its very unprofessional though. I cant say much because ive done it myself. But already know im unprofessional.
