How not to get ripped off?

I was referring to what I was taught in school that someone called Henrietta had to build a wall to keep them out of England. ( Kev, well I was always better at science than History ! )

But that was quite a while ago and they probably teach something different in School now. ( Do they actually teach anything in schools now? )

As far as DP is concerned of course he is my lifelong friend along with all the others! His work is every bit as concientious as mine and even cheaper being so far north.

I would recomend going to your local merchant Like Plumbcenter or Plumbase ETc, I have worked in the merchants for over 20 years and when ever anyone asked if I could recomend someone I would always give them a few names of plumbers that I would have in my house.

And to never take the cheapest price because sometimes the installer may try to add extras on to the price at the end of the job.

You`d been @ the merchants over 15 years when this was posted I know the feeling as a "customer" No wonder online sales are rocketing
