Anyone standing at the far side could have been killed also as that wall collapses first.
Brick walls is just lego stacked on top of each other waiting to crash down.
The roof slabs should have been craned off first or an excavator doing the wrecking with an experienced driver on board.

True...as I said this guy is a builder but anyone builder or not with common sense could see what was going to happen
