Replacing my old cast iron soil stack with pvc pipe. I've dug down to find that the cast iron pipe was basically resting on this bend (which I think is clay?) without any kind of connector.
What connector should I use to ensure a water tight seal? Granted this is the top of the bend, so there's no straight bit of pipe to connect to. Was hoping there was some kind of rubber seal I could get that would go around the outside of the pvc pipe and fit into that lip in the clay bend.
