I think they have bombed enough now to be able to start a ground war. They should have dismantled enough of military targets to enable the special forces of Israel as they are experts in this type of warfare.

So in summary, you have a different, special method of calculating Year to Date, which doesn't use the Year to Date.
 
Opened at 1.0351 on Jan 1st, now it is 1.1362, which is a 9.76717% increase for the euro. It has been higher.
