How structural?

The base of the two uprights that the doors are attached to are rotten and need replacing (white verticals, 4x3" timber). If the doors are removed and the uprights chopped out, how likely is it that the roof will collapse?! It looks as though the load should be directed into the corner brickwork but I wanted to check before anything else.

As long as you leave the lintel in there's no problem.
