How to best repair this?

This is a plasterboard ceiling in a small bathroom with a set of blinds. I’ve tried repairing previously with normal wall filler but hasn’t lasted very long. Any better solutions? Thanks!

Either a longer screw that goes in to something other than plasterboard (a ceiling joist) or make use of the horizontal holes and go across into the wall too
