Hi

I have a aluminium door, that has a euro cylinder lock. i need to change it but cannot locate the screw on the inner side of the door. I can see when i push the handle up, the top and bottom bolts come out and i can see a hole where the cylinder screw suppose to be but isnt there. If i put a screw in there, the top and bottom locks wont work as the internal mechanism will stop it from working.,

any help would be great

thanks

Its a 2" long grub screw then, you'll need a tiny allen key, like a 3mm or close to that, the reason its an allen headed grub screw is it can be screwed further in and past the mechanism, a normal pozi headed screw fouls the mech thats why you get the same result when you put the screw in

thanks for the reply

so i need to get a small allen key 3mm or so to open it?
