How to control Moss in lawn in November

I have moss in my lawn at the moment.
Can I put on feed and weed?
Do I have to wait until spring or is there something else I can use

Its probably best to wait until March time now,after killing the moss and raking out you may need to seed over some bare patch's which is unlikely to grow at this time of the year.
