Hi all,

I have a flat roof, have put wall plates on. Got the joists and noggins in.

First and last joists sit on edge of the block work. I have not put the OSB on yet.

The problem I face is that if I continue as is, and I put a fascia against the joists/blocks then when the sides get rendered the render thickness will be more than the fascia.

I need to create some sort of overhang so when the sides get rendered the fascia still sits proud.

How is this done?
