How to finish flooring OSB3

I am about to create a floating floor using OSB3.

I like the look of what people do with clear coating it, making it glossy and apparently stronger/longer lasting.

Now this is inside an out building that will have fairly high humidity. Not silly levels, but constant 60-70%

Am I better of just putting laminate over it, painting it, or will what I am looking to do work?

If so, what products are the best with this? I have read not to use waterproofed products on OSB?
