Hi there, I am new to this forum.
The bank holiday weekend has begun and I need to do something useful to impress the wife, so I thought I would have a stab at fixing our window ledge (or sill if that is technically the more correct way of saying things).
Its a 1900 ish Victorian build. I think the ledge has concrete coverered in blaster, which as hopefully can be seen from the photos, the plaster is cracking and falling off.
The outcome is to make neat and paint.
Any expert tips and techniques and materials to use would be really appreciated. Basically I know nothing, and I dont fancy the idea of going to my local B&Q and guessing what products and tools may assist to do the trick.
Bascially I dont know what materials, paint to get or use.
thanks in advance
