How to fix these lights to my newly plastered ceiling?

Recently had the ceiling replastered, I didn't see the process of these being taken down so have no idea how to put them back up, can anyone help? TIA

You just need to screw the clear plastic plate to the ceiling. And then the white cap screws on to the clear plate. You will need to use suitable wall plugs to fix the clear plate to the ceiling.

A lot depends on the final weight of the light fitting. Assuming that the ceiling is plasterboard.

Usual way, is to try to screw into the joist timber, more secure that using plugs into plasterboard....

You can work out where the joists are located, using a strong magnet, to find the screw heads, holding the plasterboard, under the plaster. Screw heads, indicate where the joists are. Ceiling roses, have the two fixings off-set, so it's easy to get both screws into the timber joist.

Sometimes, you can poke a thin screwdriver, through the same hole the cables drop through, and feel where the joist is.

Thank you for your responses. There is this right underneath the light (pictured and circled) I believe is the joist? I'm not sure which way it is going across but would this be safe to drill into, and should I take any precautions before drilling?

It looks like a joist. Which means that you can just use regular screws.

No need to drill, a thin screwdriver will confirm, by feel, that it is timber - just screw straight in.

Normally, cables are clipped to the side of a joist, to keep them up, away from the plasterboarding - so they will appear through the PB, alongside the joist they are clipped to.

Thank you both for your comments of help @Harry Bloomfield @opps I've managed to get them up, not the best of jobs as only one screw in to the joist but hopefully it should hold; I don't want to risk ruining the plaster!
