Was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to get a strange brown deposit out of the grille of a second hand laptop I've bought. I'm hoping it's chocolate but don't know for sure:

(Sorry bit hard to see since camera doesn't pick it up that well)

It's a fake speaker grill type thing with very fine holes, and because it's fake, it's covered from below and there no way to access the rear side. Any ideas how to get rid of this stuff?

Probably a pin like tool in a pen like handle? With a vacuum cleaner with restricted nozzle to suck up everything that you can winkle out, using gravity to help you
One it is mostly out then a couple of layers of kitchen paper, topped by tinfoil and dabbed with a hot iron ( or even a hot teaspoon) so the melted chocolate is wicked into the paper

Hopefully it is chocolate because the other "brown stuff" doesn't melt like chocolate.

spray liberally with an air cleaner aerosol can so it freezes and brush it out?

Was pretty stubborn but a combination of a sharp needle and cotton buds with spit seems to have mostly got it. Cheers for suggestions.
