How to hang wall art

Hi all

Purchased some metal wall art similar to the link below, but how do I put them up as they come with no fixings

My Walls are solid brick with a sand and cement plaster

I also have some picture frames to go up which I was going to do with masonry nails as they will be hidden

They appear to have two holes for fixing, drill ,plug and screw to wall.
