How to install granite upstand DIY

Hie,

I had granite worktop fitted on to my new kitchen a week ago. I didnt want upstands at first but now due to other various issues with extractor fane and units I have decided to install upstands.

I would like to DIY if possible but I dont know how to 'attach' the upstand so to speak. Anyone know or have an idea?
