How to Join Granite Worktops

I have installed a kitchen with granite worktops and now finish off the worktops by 'covering' the join between them.
Is there a paste or something similar which i can use to do this.

I agree with Steve on this one, if it's properly installed the joins won't need covering as you won't be able to see them
 
the well fitting joints are usually pushed together with a small amount of a two part epoxy which is cleaned off flush with the surface.
