How to lower pressure on a Glow-worm Flexicom sx?

I have looked in the Sticky and Search - but cannot find.
I accidently increased the pressure by turning on what I think was the water supply to the boiler ( when I was actually trying to find a stop cock).
The pressure on the Flexicom sx condensing system boiler went from 1.1 to 2.2 - that was about a month ago and it has not changed. I think pressure is meant to be 1.0. I should like to lower the pressure - but can't find how to in any instructions. Do I just bleed the rads.? The heating is not on. thanks

As with any boilers the easiest way is just to bleed about 1 litre out of the system with a bleed key into a cloth.

A working pressure of 1.5 Bar cold is usually about right for most two story properties.
