How to patch match this pointing

Hi guys I have some odd patches just to fill in on front but want to know the best matetals cheap I know it is line it maybe a couple of odd bits would get away with cement but how to colour match please

That's Tuck pointing. A mix that matches the bricks is used for the joints to make them flush, then a housing is cut into the joints. A lime putty mix is used to do the white joints with special tools called tuck jointers. They are trimmed up with straight edges and a Frenchman.
It's not an easy job.
